Here's my new workout.

Here is what I am doing as of right now. I don't have a set leg workout down because I have knee trouble from when I was in the Marines. I've also used Isotension Integration in this new workout...

Here it is, let me know what you guys think:

Ok, TBH, I might be confused

Are you super-setting using this method?

It seems to me that you are doing A LOT on your weight training days. Are you doing like a circuit (full body style) type training?

Hey bro, youre leaving out two huge muscle sets with the WO routine which is your back and legs. I read about your knee probs but I think you should incorporate something to workout legs.

Theres also a couple of small muscle groups you are missing out, I dont think I saw calves, neck, military press, adductor or abductor excercises in there.

Yeah bro.
This workout is loosely written...it's not 100%
I hit back really hard. I mix up different pull-downs, rows (T bar, cable and DB with different variations) I forgot to mention I deadlift, too.
Calves I hit on tuesday, thurs, and saturday.
I'm not saying I don't lift legs at ALL, it's just that the routine varies dependant upon how my legs feel. I use machines a lot...i.e..adduct and abduct machines...then hams, leg lifts, leg press, hack squats..and so on.
I just can't specify a weight or rep/set because, like I said...it aries greatly.

Then, where I said I mix up my shoulders on friday, I meant I do military, seated db shoulder press, and standing press.

Well, my left kneecap was splintered, subsequently the whole knee went bad. I train quads with leg extenstions, hack squats and leg presses--once-in-a-while, I will do lunges--probably every OTHER week....MC incident I don't really want to go in depth about.
